S. Douglas Haas, M.D.
Dr. Haas received his medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine where he later taught as an Assistant Professor of Radiology. He completed his residency at The Ohio State University Medical Center. Dr. Haas serves as the Medical Director for radiology services at the Chalmers P. Wylie Ambulatory Care Center. Dr. Haas is the President of Mid-Ohio Radiology. He is a certified B-Reader and board certified in Diagnostic Radiology.

Charles H. Muncrief, D.O.
Dr. Muncrief received his medical degree from Midwestern University /Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed both his internship and his residency at Midwestern University /Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine affiliated hospitals and health systems. Dr. Muncrief completed his fellowship in Body Imaging at Rush-Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center. He serves as Medical Director for radiology services at Memorial Hospital of Union County. Dr. Muncrief is board certified in Diagnostic Radiology.

Donald C. Simon, M.D.
Dr. Simon received his medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine. He completed his internship at Deaconess Hospital in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and his residency at The Ohio State University Medical Center. Dr. Simon completed his fellowship in Angiography and Interventional Radiology at The Ohio State University Medical Center. He serves as Medical Director for radiology services at Corrections Medical Center. Dr. Simon is board certified in Diagnostic Radiology.

Julie L. Rutledge, M.D.
Dr. Rutledge received her medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio. She completed her internship at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona, and her residency at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. Dr. Rutledge completed her fellowship in Musculoskeletal Radiology at the University of California-San Diego in San Diego, California under the direction of noted radiologist, Dr. Donald Resnick. Dr. Rutledge is board certified in Diagnostic Radiology.
